I'm Jeran. An entrepreneur who has spent more than 25 years finding interesting problems, building businesses around them, and occasionally finding a little trouble along the way.
From buying and selling land in Nevada to building sports technology, launching brands and exploring what's possible with AI, there's a common thread: I like making things that didn't exist yesterday.
Based in coastal North County San Diego. Most of the clearest thinking happens nowhere near a desk.

Assembling and selling raw land across Nevada. Several development exits across the series, and the roots of everything after.
Corral Canyon Resources
Land and resource development. Launched in 2013 and still running. Patience and a good map beat a fast flip.
Angel investments
A string of early checks into founders building things that did not exist yet. Some worked. All taught.
LandHub
A real estate marketplace built on programmatic search. Launched, scaled on structure instead of ad spend, and sold inside a year.
Incubate Ventures
A coworking space and incubator for startups. Watching founders up close reshaped how I think about operating structure. Sold in 2019.
STACT
Technology for sports and events. The company that found its real market and became the parent of what came next.

Brand and creator ventures. Three companies built and exited in two years.
